Anita Mae Hall, 89 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2022, in Vernon, Texas.

Graveside services will be Friday, December 9, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Friona Cemetery in Friona, Texas under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Anita was born Thursday, June 29, 1933 in Tolbert, Texas. She was the daughter of the late Roy Upton and the late Anna Nelson Upton. Anita married Eddie Joe Hall in Friona, Texas on August 28, 1965.  Eddie passed away July 3, 2008.  Anita was a hair dresser, and she worked in clothing shops in Friona, Texas. She was a member of Church of Christ.

Anita is survived by her brother, Lonnie Upton of Graham, Texas; two sisters, Francis Hancock of Vernon, Texas and Mary Logsdon of Vernon, Texas; a step-daughter, Brenda Hargess of Tucson, Arizona, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Anita is preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Joe Hall, and her parents, Roy & Anna Upton.
