Barbara Ann Wilkins, 85 of Vernon, Texas died on Thursday, June 30, 2022, in Vernon, Texas.

Services will be Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 10:00 am at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel  under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home. Officiating will be Christopher Fisher.

Barbara was born Friday, September 4, 1936 in Caddo, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of the late Richard Hardage and the late Eva Szenasi  Hardage. She married James D. "Woody" Wilkins on June 9, 1961 in Vernon, he preceded her in death July 2, 1997. She had a great love for kids so she owned and operated her own day care. She was a member of Martha Road Baptist Church. She was a homemaker.

Barbara is survived by her sons, James C. Jobe of Boulder City, NV, and  Jay Dee Wilkins of Abilene, TX and a daughter, Rebecca Ann Nolan of Vernon, TX; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, July 8, 2022 at 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.
