Bobby Joe Railsback, 81 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Friday, November 17, 2023, in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Memorial services will be held Friday, December 8, 2023, at 1:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Billy Williams.

Bobby Joe was born Saturday, October 3, 1942 in Bogata, Texas. She was the daughter of the late Joe A. Olivares and the late Bobby Sue Golding Olivares. Bobby married Orval Railsback in 1978 in East, Texas. Bobby had worked for the Vernon State Hospital. She enjoyed reading and gardening, but her family was very passionate and important to her.

Bobby is survived by her husband, Orval Railsback; three daughters, Jo Lynn Lehman of Azle, Texas, Julie Lehman Burk of Azle, Texas, and Jeanie Lehman Williams of Dean, Texas; one son, John Lehman of Greenville, South Carolina, and two stepchildren, Bobby Railsback of Lubbock, Texas, and Sherry Railsback of Vernon, Texas. Bobby also leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
