Brian "Steven" Smith, 26 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023, in Vernon, Texas.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 8, 2023, at 10:00 am at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Justin King officiating. Burial will follow at Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Steven was born Thursday, April 3, 1997, in Brownsville, Texas. He was the son of Encarnacion Jimenez, III and Yolanda Mercado Jimenez. He was a gym enthusiast, and loved interacting with people. He was outgoing. Steven was also a very compassionate person.

Steven is survived by his parents, Johnny & Yolanda Jimenez; four brothers, Jordan Smith & wife Stephanie of Vernon, Texas, Derek Moorman of Vernon, Texas, Johnboy Jimenez of San Antonio, Texas, and Jesus Smith of Missouri; one sister, Ariana Smith of Missouri, and his grandparents, Armando & Linda Contreras. Steven also leaves behind his nephew, Kayden Smith, and his niece, Kamilah Smith.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 7, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.
