Cathie Elaine Bristo, 59 of Vernon, Texas died on Thursday, April 28, 2022, in Vernon, Texas.

Service will be Monday, May 2, 2022 at 2:00 pm at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Anthony Inman officiating. Interment will be held at Eastview Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Cathie was born Thursday, February 14, 1963 in Vernon, Texas, she was the daughter of Fred Conkling and Sandy Arrington Conkling. She married William (Bill) Bristo on July 24, 2007 he preceded her in death February 22, 2018. She was a graduate of Vernon High School, and Texas Tech University in 1985. She had been a resident of Vernon all of her life. She was Human Resources Manager for Tyson Foods. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and she was a homemaker.

Cathie is survived by her daughter, Kendall Lacy of Wichita Falls, TX, her parents Fred and Sandy Conkling of Vernon, brother, Russell Conkling of Vernon, TX., nieces Chanie and Caydence.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 1, 2022 at 6:00 to 7:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.
