Charlene Williams, 87 of Wichita Falls, Texas, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2023, in Wichita Falls, Texas.

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.

Charlene was born Thursday, February 27, 1936, in Paducah, Texas. She was the daughter of the late Edmond Farrington "Frank" Handley and the late Clevie Sisson Handley. She worked as a Licensed Vocational Nurse at the North Texas State Hospital, and she was a member of Rock Crossing Baptist Church

Charlene is survived by one son, Edmond Hal Williams & wife Carolyn of Electra, Texas; two daughters, Patsy Lynn Bachman & husband William of Electra, Texas and Teresa Lea Daniel & husband Loyd of Electra, Texas. Charlene also leaves behind seven grandchildren, Amanda Lynn Williams & husband Matt, Casey Ann Herr & husband Christian, Dan Bachman & wife Keri, Kathryn Bachman, Edmond Bachman & wife Joscelyn, Austin Daniel, and Alexa Daniel, and seven great grandchildren Avery Williams, Hudson Williams, Hayden Herr, Savannah Herr, Ethan Bachman, Macyn Bachman, and Archer Bachman.

Charlene is preceded in death by her two brothers, Howard Handley and Kenneth Handley.

Visitation will be Friday, December 22, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.
