Charlotte Renae Richardson, 62 of Lawton, Oklahoma, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2024, in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 29, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Norris Thomas and Rev. Robert Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Eastview Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Charlotte was born to Jimmie C. Richardson and Gloria J. Richardson on May 22, 1962 in Vernon, Texas. She attended Vernon High School. She later became a mother of three, Tawanna R. Richardson, Tawann Richardson, and Taquela Richardson. In 1986 Charlotte became a Lawton resident. She worked in the fast-food industry for numerous years. She was later employed at the Holiday Inn Express where she became the manager over housekeeping for several years until she became terminally ill. Charlotte loved garage sales, that was her main hobby "garage selling" and she never missed an episode of her favorite TV show-The Young and the Restless.  She loved her grandchildren, and great grandchildren dearly.  Zaniya (Bestie) and Esse (Bubba) were her pride and joy.

Charlotte leaves behind her two daughters Tawanna Richardson and Taquela Richardson both of Lawton, Oklahoma; mother, Gloria Richardson  and six siblings, Jimmie Richardson, Daryl Richardson & wife Lynn, Glenda Richarson, Phyllis Holmes, Floyd Richardson & Wife LaKenya, all of Vernon, Texas, and Derrick Richardson & wife Regina of Lawton, Oklahoma.

Charlotte also leaves behind three special friends, Tony Knox, Terrance Williams, her children's father, James Willie, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Charlotte is preceded in death by her father, Jimmie Richardson; son, Tawann "Red" Willie; brother, Howard Moore; grandmother, Verna Bradford; great grandmother, Iren Failes, and Aunt Cara.
