Chase Wayne Alston, 34 of Vernon, Texas, passed away on Monday, December 25, 2023, in Vernon, Texas.

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 28, 2023, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel.

Chase was born Saturday, June 17, 1989, in Wichita Falls, Texas. He was the son of Kevin Alston and Donna Gail Hopkins Alston. He married Anjelica Vega May 5, 2018, in Thalia, Texas. He worked at the North Texas State Hospital. Chase could always make you smile. He had a big heart.  He loved music, his family, his nieces and nephews, and he was the best big brother ever.

Chase is survived by his wife, Angel Vega of the home; his father, Kevin Alston of Vernon, Texas; his mother, Donna Alston of Spring, Texas; two brothers, Trance Alston of Vernon, Texas and Colby Alston of Iowa Park, Texas, and one sister, Logan Canafax of Lubbock, Texas. Chase also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews.
