Christopher Bell, 72 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2025, in Wichita Falls, Texas.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Chris was born April 25, 1953, in Vernon, Texas to the late Tommy Bell and the late Robbie Bell. He worked thirty-three years for Vernon College, and he was a great supporter of the VC Chaps and the Vernon Lions. Chris was member of Calvary Baptist Church where he loved his church family with genuine passion. He was always willing to help with special church projects. Chris always had a smile and was encouraging even on his hardest days. He always left a good impression on those around him. His kindness and generosity will not only be missed by his family and church family, but by all who loved him.

Chris is survived by his family and friends who love him dearly.

Chris is preceded in death by his brother, Dick Bell.
