Connie Lee Bearden born July 27, 1944 went to her eternal home on July 28th, 2022. She was 78. She is the mother of four wonderful children. Deborah Johnson and husband Billy of Azle, Russell McCurley and wife Sonya of Vernon, Joe Dee McCurley and wife Allison of Vernon and Christina Bearden of Dallas. She was the middle child of five sisters. She was the daughter of Tom Russell Crowley and Bertha Faye Crowley. Sisters, Pat Downes-Ritter, Ruby Adams of Iowa Park, Linda O'Neal and husband Bob of Holiday, and Jeanie Miller. She was a proud woman of her 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. She retired from the County Sheriff Department May of 2020 after 20 years of service. She was a member of Eastside Baptist Church and her joy was taking care of her great grandchildren.
