Debra Kay Ballard, 69 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Friday, November 10, 2023, in Vernon, Texas.

A visitation will take place on Monday November 13, 2023 from 3:00-6:00pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.

Debra was born Thursday, May 13, 1954 in Wichita Falls, Texas, to the late David Miller, Sr. and the late Wanda Lou Mills Salchli. Debra married Lydell (Joe) Ballard on October 28, 1987. Debra loved to sew and she loved her children and grandchildren and great children very much.

Debra is survived by her husband Lydell (Joe) Ballard, her sons Jason Baleisis and wife Melissa, Brian Sosebee and wife Katrina, Michael Baleisis and wife Maria, Delain Baleisis and wife Paige, and one daughter Jennifer Davis, her brother Doug Miller and wife Clytie, her sisters Cissy Couch, Stephanie Solis, Daynta Herman and husband Richard, Alicia Wilson and husband Parker, Vicky Isaacks and husband Robert, Marsha Walker and Marybeth Hinojosa. Debra also leaves behind twelve grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Debra is preceded in death by her parents David Miller, Sr. and Wanda Lou Mills Salchli, two sons Troy Sosebee and Monty Joe Ballard and one brother David Miller, Jr.
