Debra Graf, 58 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Monday, January 8, 2024, in Vernon, Texas.

A mass will be held Monday, January 15, 2024, at 10:00 am at Holy Family of Nazareth Catholic Church with Father Phil Petta officiating.

Debra was born Saturday, April 10, 1965, in Seymour, Texas. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Birkenfeld and the late Ethel Stengel Birkenfeld. She married Ricky Graf November 18, 1989, in Rhineland, Texas. Debra graduated from Vernon Regional Junior College and she received her bachelor's degree in business from Midwestern State University. She retired from the accounting department at North Texas State Hospital. She was a referee for high school volleyball games for many years. She was a member of the Vernon Jaycees and member of Holy Family of Nazareth Catholic Church.

Debra is survived by her husband, Ricky Graf of the home; two daughters, Hannah Edwards of Graham, Texas and Emily Graf of Fort Worth, Texas; two brothers, David Birkenfeld & wife Connie and Johnny Birkenfeld & wife Nancy, and three sisters, Marsha Scott, Sylvia St. Clair & husband Don and Janet Eavenson. Debra also leaves behind one grandson, Austin Edwards, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Debra is preceded in death by her brother, Wayne Birkenfeld.
