Donna Lynn Balderas, 60 of Vernon, Texas died on Friday, July 29, 2022in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Services will be Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 10:00 am at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. James Martinez officiating. Interment will be held at Eastview Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Donna was born Saturday, September 23, 1961 in Vandenberg AFB, California. She was the daughter of Karen McQuistian Anderson and the late Donald Wayne Barker. She married Joe Balderas on April 29, 1982 in Vernon, Texas. She worked for Vernon ISD  Middle School ISS Teacher and she worked at Bristo Auto Parts. She was a member of New Life Baptist Church. She was a homemaker.

Donna is survived by her husband Joe Balderas of the home. Her  son, Joseph Balderas and wife Yolanda of Vernon, TX, and her daughter, Kattiey Alaniz and husband Christopher John "CJ" of Vernon, TX, seven grandchildren, two brothers, Thad Emory of Seymour, TX and Bud Barker of San Antonio, TX, three sisters, Diane Freeman, Deborah Williams of Fort Worth, TX and Callie Jordan of Vernon, TX.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 6:00 to 8:00 Sullivan Funeral Home.
