Evangelina Perez Trejo, 64 of Vernon, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, in Vernon, Texas.

Mass services will be held Monday, October 16, 2023, at 10:00 am at Holy Family Catholic Church with Father Phil Petta officiating. Burial will follow at Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Evangelina was born Wednesday, April 1, 1959, in Zimapan, Hidalgo, Mexico. She was the daughter of the late Juan Perez and the late Rosa Lora Perez. She was married to Lorenzo Trejo. Lorenzo passed away in 1993. Evangelina cleaned houses for several people in Vernon, and worked at Lupe's Restaurant. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.

Evangelina is survived by one son, Octavio Trejo & wife Katrina of Vernon, Texas; two brothers-in-law, Fidel Trejo and Teofilo Trejo both of Vernon, Texas, and five grandchildren, Reina, Aiden, Sophia, Rylee, and Addilynn.

Rosary will be Sunday, October 15, 2023, at 6:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel.
