Florence Marie Jones, 91 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2026, in Vernon, Texas.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 11:00 am at New Season House of Worship with Rev. Ron Winsman officiating.

Florence was born on Sunday, September 16, 1934, in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of the late Olen E. Coley and the late Effie B. Jones Coley. She was a member of New Season House of Worship.

Florence is survived by three sons, Terry Stanfill, Jr. of Salem, OR., John Stanfill of Vernon, TX. and Zachary Stanfill of Salem, OR., one daughter, Cynthia Winsman of Bangs, TX, and one sister, Mariesa Coley MacPhail. Florence also leaves behind sixteen grandchildren, thirty-six great grandchildren, and fourteen great-great grandchildren.
