Frances Aline Heath, 93 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023, in Vernon, Texas.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 2, 2023, at 10:00 am at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow at Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Fran was born Wednesday, June 11, 1930, in Vernon, Texas. She was the daughter of the late James Craft and the late Annie Aline Clark Halford. She married the late W. C. Heath.  On July 9, 1990, W. C. passed away. Fran worked for the University of Houston in administration. She was always very focused on her family, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Fran is survived by her two grandchildren, J.W. Heath & wife Lacie of Vernon, Texas, and Jennifer Heath of Vernon, Texas; four great grandchildren, Cassidy Nava, Travis Heath, Levi Heath, and Brodie Heath all of Vernon, Texas; one brother, James Craft of Decatur, Texas, and one sister, Jo Ann Park of Baird, Texas. Fran also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews.

Fran is preceded by her parents, James Craft & Annie Halford; her husband, W. C. Heath; her son, Richard Heath, and her sisters, Mary Owen, Lillie Mae Thomas, and Hazel Clarkson.

Visitation will be Friday, September 1, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.
