Frances Elizabeth Morgan, 83 of Vernon, Texas died on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, in Vernon, Texas.

Memorial services will be held Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 10:00 am a Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Toby Castleberry officiating.

Frances was born Wednesday, November 29, 1939, in Baltimore, Maryland. She was the daughter of the late Harry Franklin Mandell and the late Helen Catherine Smith Mandell. Frances graduated on the Dean's list from Community College of Baltimore, Maryland. She worked as a Medical Transcriptionist for doctors and hospitals. She retired after thirty-five years with Harbour Hospital in Baltimore. She was a Catholic.

Frances is survived by four daughters, Susan Marie Rettinger of Saint Cloud, Florida, Frances Elizabeth Varela & husband Joe of Vernon, Texas, Cynthia Catherine Morgan of Vernon, Texas and Mary Ann Rahe of Vernon, Texas. Frances also leaves behind eleven grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.

Frances is preceded in death by son, Jonh Harry "Jackie" Morgan in 1997, and her grandson, Anthony Michael DiBartolomeo.
