Frances Ann Phillips, 79 of Plano, Texas passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022, in Dallas, Texas.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 3:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel under the direction of  Sullivan Funeral Home. Officiating will be Tommy Hinsley.

Frances was born Thursday, November 26, 1942 in Chillicothe, Texas. She was the daughter of the late Henry Woosley and the late Nina Caveness  Woosley. She married Robert Kent Phillips on March 30, 1963 in Wichita Falls, TX. He preceded her in death May 17, 2013. She was a graduate of Chillicothe High School in 1961. She moved to Plano in 2013 after the death of her husband. She worked for the US Postal Service for 28 years.

Frances is survived by her  daughter, Robbie Fuller and husband Dan of Dallas, TX, Granddaughter, Julianna Fuller of Dallas, TX. two sisters, Barbara Hinsley of Flower Mound, TX and Faye Weber and husband Don of San Antonio, TX.
