Geneva was born Friday, March 21, 1947 in Carlsbad, NM, she was the daughter of the late G.D. Stephenson and the late Stella Ratliff Stephenson. She was a homemaker. Geneva was married to Clyde A Cook. They married on February 20, 1986. Clyde passed away on May 7, 2007.

Geneva is survived by her sons, Michael W. England, Brandon England, Gary Bailey and Adrian Cook. Daughters, Michelle Ayers, Briana England, April Lavender and Angela Phillips, her brother, Russell Stephenson. 22 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren

She is preceded in death by her husband Clyde and her sister, Veneta "Skeeter" Stewart.
