German "Herm" Sanchez Torres, III, 23 of Vernon, Texas passed on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, in Vernon, Texas.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 10:00 am at Wilbarger Street Church of Christ with Rev. Daniel Ochoa officiating. Burial will follow at Eastview Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Herm was born Tuesday, June 12, 2001, in Wichita Falls, Texas. He was the son of German Torres, Jr. and Rita Sanchez Torres. He was a 2019 graduate of Vernon High School. He worked in construction remodeling Walmart stores. He was a member of Holy Family of Nazareth Catholic Church and the Freedom Church.

Herm is survived by his parents, Rita & German Torres, Jr. of Vernon, Texas; one sister, Claudia Cobos & husband Marc of Altus, Oklahoma; one brother, Marcos Torres & wife Chandi of Vernon, Texas, and his grandparents, Carolina & Elias Sanchez of Vernon, Texas and Andrea & German Torres, Sr. of Davidson, Oklahoma. Herm also leaves behind two nieces, Amia and Amelia both of Altus, Oklahoma, and two nephews, Marcelino III and Zane both of Vernon, Texas.

Rosary will be held Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 6:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 20, 2024, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.
