H.E. Walker, 76 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025, in Vernon, Texas.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Joe Dale Wilson officiating.

H.E. was born Monday, January 10, 1949, in Vernon, Texas. He was the son of the late Oscar Joe Walker and the late Dorothy Johnson Walker. He was a self-employed long haul truck driver. He loved to go hunting and fishing with his brothers. He also loved to do leather work making purses, belts, wallets, and other leather goods.

H. E. is survived by his daughter, Tina Weber & husband Robert of New Braunfels, Texas, two brothers, Wayne Walker & wife Marsha of Vernon, Texas and Joe Walker & wife Raymunda of Hemphill, Texas, and three sisters, Marquita Walker, Sherry Barnes & husband Ricky and Laurie Greening all of Vernon, Texas. H.E. also leaves behind five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

H.E. is preceded in death by his sister, Cindy Kay Walker.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Sullivan Funeral Home from 1:00 pm until memorial services begin.
