Henry Ralph Bradford, 100 of Vernon, Texas died on Friday, December 17, 2021, in Vernon, Texas.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at 11:00 am at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel, officiating will be Rev. Luke Morrison. Interment will be held at Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Henry was born Sunday, March 20, 1921, in Margaret, Texas, he was the son of the late Ralph Bradford and the late Zola Foster Bradford. He was a graduate of Margaret High School. He lived in Lubbock until 1975 then moved to Vernon. Ralph served in the US Army during WWII as a Rifle Sharpshooter, during 1942 to 1945 he served in Scotland, Ireland, England and in France.  He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Henry is survived by his companion Lynda Massingill of Vernon, Texas, his brother, Jim Bradford and wife Joyce of Vernon, TX. Son-in-law David Sandford of Rockwall, Texas, three grandchildren Matt Sanford and wife Glenda, of Dayton, Ohio, Brad Sanford and wife Joanne of Rockwall, Texas and Andrea Guerrera  and husband John of Carrizzo Springs, Texas, and seven great grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife Leota Bradford, a daughter Bettye Loyce Sanford and one sister and two brothers.

Visitation will be Wednesday at 10:00 am before service time at Sullivan Funeral Home.
