Ida Faye Weaver, 72 of Wichita Falls, Texas passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Quintin Porter officiating. Burial will follow at Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
Ida Faye Weaver was born in Greenville, Texas on September 11, 1952, to the late Willie and Geneva Alexander. She attended Paducah High School. Ida married Henry Harry Weaver on June 18, 1976. Fifty years of commitment. They were blessed with three children, one son, Harry Lamont Weaver (Anita), two daughters, Faye Jean Alexander and Andrea Veldhuizen, five grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was a certified nurse's aide until she retired to become a full time loving homemaker and devoted wife. She found joy in caring for her family and creating a warm and welcoming home. Her kindness, love, and unwavering support will be deeply missed by all who know her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Geneva Alexander, two sisters, Ella Mae Alexander and Lou Anna Alexander and her brother, Wesley Alexander.
She leaves behind her loving husband, children, and two sisters, Genell Alexander and Mary Ritchie, and one brother, Herbert Alexander. Also, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
