James Robert Bryan, 38 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2023,  in Vernon, Texas.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday March 7, 2023 at 2:00pm at the Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Roman Gamez officiating under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

James was born Thursday, August 9, 1984 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was the son of James Bryan and Dawn McKellips. He was the husband of the late Heather Bryan. James was a manager at Kentucky Fried Chicken for many years and then later worked at The North Texas State Hospital in the security department.

James is survived by is son, Payton Bryan of Vernon, TX., his mother Dawn McKellips of Vernon, TX. and his father James B. Bryan of Burns Flat, OK. one brother, Adam Bryan of Elk City, OK., and one sister, Mary Lawless of Monroe, LA. James also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and his many friends.
