Jeannine Smith, 52 of Vernon, Texas died on Wednesday, April 6, 2022,in Decatur, Texas.

Services will be Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 10:00 am at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel with Joe Dale Wilson officiating. Interment will be held at Fargo Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Jeannine was born Thursday, September 11, 1969 in Wichita Falls, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Adrain Ritchie and the late Charlotte Jo Taylor Ritchie Johnson. She married Ray Smith on December 12, 1992 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was a graduate of Hirschi High School. and attended college at Vernon Regional Jr. College in Wichita Falls. She had worked at Discovery Day Care, she worked with her husband  also at the Fargo Custom Seed. She was a member of Second Baptist Church and she was a homemaker.

Jeannine is survived by her husband Ray Smith of the home  son, Clayton Smith and wife Autumn of Altus, OK, daughter, Haley Smith of Scottsdale, AZ, sister, Teresa Solomon of Wichita Falls, TX. and her father Ronald Johnson of Northside. Several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and great nephews Whom she loved and cared for very much.

She is preceded in death by a son b Walter Payton Smith February 11, 2015.

Visitation will be Friday, April 8, 2022 at 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.

Memorials can be made to Walter Smith Scholarship Fund at Northside High School.
