Jerry Floyd Phillips, 77, of Foard County, Texas, passed away at his home on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.

Jerry was born on March 15, 1948, in Vernon, Texas, to Floyd Phillips and Bonnie Schrader. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean conflict. Following his military service, he built a long career as a Field Service Manager in the oilfield industry, where he was known for his ability to fix just about anything.

On December 23, 1997, Jerry married Carol Goe in Corpus Christi, Texas. Together, they shared a life filled with hard work, love, and family.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Phillips of Thalia; his son, Jeffery Paul Phillips of Round Rock; his daughter, Jill Elizabeth Williams of Lewisburg, West Virginia; grandchildren, Jamie Williams and Kelsey Canipe; and his sister, Jan Phillips.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Carry Phillips.
