Jimmy Leon Quisenberry, 88 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022, in Vernon, Texas.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Barney Railsback officiating.  Interment will be at Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Jimmy was born Friday, July 27, 1934 in Vernon, Texas. He was the son of the late Wesley Quisenberry and the late Vivian Baker Quisenberry. He married Vivian Ruth Railsback on December 23, 1950 in Vernon, Texas. Vivian passed away on January 20, 2003. Jimmy was a farmer, a trucker driver for Bilbo, and was a custom harvester. He was a very hard worker.  Jimmy loved to dance, and he loved country music.  He also enjoyed fishing his entire life. He was a member of Chillicothe Church of Christ.

Jimmy is survived by daughters, Debbie Adams & husband Carlous of Giddings, Texas, Sandra Hendrix & husband Steve of Chillicothe, Texas, and Belinda "Susie" Quisenberry of Chillicothe, Texas; grandchildren Carla Arldt & husband Steve of Giddings, Texas, Chantry Adams & wife Brandy of Giddings, Texas, Courtney Hendrix of Chillicothe, Texas, and Steven Hendrix of Eldorado, Oklahoma; great-grandchildren, Chad Adams, Kamyree Keilberg, Caitlyn Williamson, Case Adams, Colden Adams, Dylan Arldt, Trae Hendrix, Bailey Hendrix, Hagen Hendrix, Kynlan Hendrix, and Tyler Hall; great-great-grandchildren, Raelynn Hendrix and Avianna Hendrix.

Jimmy is preceded in death by his wife Vivian Ruth Quisenberry; parents, Wesley and Vivian Quisenberry; brothers, Glenn Quisenberry and Roger Quisenberry; sister, Doris Harp; grandsons, Chad Ray Adams and Kevin Wade Hendrix.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 28, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.

Memorials can be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls, Chillicothe Church of Christ, or Westview Boys Home.
