Joe Gomez, 61 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, in Vernon, Texas.

A memorial service will be held Thursday October 7, 2021 at 3pm at the Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel.

Joe was born Friday, March 18, 1960 in Chillicothe, TX. to the late John Gomez and the late Simona Moreno Gomez. Joe attended Vernon schools and was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.

Joe is survived by his three brothers Juan Gomez, Robert Gomez and Pete Gomez, and three sisters, Margaret Villarreal, Lupe Ramirez and Ruth Florez. Joe will be missed by all of his family including his many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
