Joe David Kemp, 63 of Chillicothe, Texas passed away on Friday, August 18, 2023, in Chillicothe, Texas.

There will be a private family service at a later date.

Joe was born Saturday, November 28, 1959, in Chillicothe, Texas. He was the son of the late Jessie W. Kemp and the late Jane Brown Kemp. Joe worked on the windmill projects as a crane operator. He was a member of All of Life Church in Chillicothe.

Joe is survived by his daughter, Taylor Strawn of Burkburnett, Texas, and two sisters, Jan Howard and Jeannie Ford. Joe also leaves behind two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
