Kaylon Michael Baker, 26 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, in Stroud, OK.

Funeral services will be held at a later date.

Kaylon was born Saturday, November 8, 1997, in Vernon, Texas, he was the son of Tony Baker and Angela Beals. Kaylon married Emily Weatherby on May 19,2023 in Vernon, Texas. Kaylon was a counselor for Youth Hope Ministries. Kaylon and his family were members of Eastside Baptist Church. Kaylon was a hard worker, and he loved his children very much and he was such a happy, caring, compassionate all around guy.

Kaylon is survived by his wife of the home Emily Baker, three children Eli Michael Baker, Emma Ann Baker and Evan Michael Earl Baker, the mother of his children Kyla Drury. and one on the way.  His stepchildren Eli Vasquez and Trey Sowell, III. Kaylon also leaves behind his father Tony Baker and fiancée Haley Reed, his mother Angela Beals, his siblings Chelsea Kay Baker, Justin Dakota Baker and Evelyn Rose Baker. His aunts Trina Nava and husband Joey and Terry Gonzalez and husband Pete. His grandmother Brenda Romero, great aunt Poo, cousins Tevin Baker and Cece, Brandon Baker and a host of other cousins. Kaylon is preceded in death by his grandfather Nelson Baker.
