Keith Horn, 76 of Vernon, Texas, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2026, in Vernon, Texas.

Graveside memorial services will be held Friday, June 12, 2026, at 12:00 pm at Chillicothe Cemetery in Chillicothe, Texas under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home with Rev. Clay Carter officiating.

Keith was born November 20, 1949, in Quanah, Texas. He was the son of the late Elton Horn and the late Maudie Carter Horn. Keith lived a life he loved while enjoying hunting and fishing, cherishing his friends, and loved to have fun. 

Keith is survived by his two sons, Mark Horn and John Horn and his two grandsons, Brady Horn and Wesley Horn. 

Keith is preceded in death by his brother Wade Horn in 2023.
