Kenneth Ray "Sugar Bear" Bryant, 70 passed away Monday March 21, 2022 in Chillicothe, surrounded by his loving family.

Memorial service will be held Saturday March 26, 2022at 11 am at the Wilbarger Street Church of Christ in Vernon, TX.

Kenneth Ray Bryant was born in Arlington, TX June 17, 1951 to Charlie and Evelyn Bryant. He married Delores Crownover on May 24, 1974 in O'Dell, TX and they made their home in Chillicothe, TX. He served in the United States Marine Corp during the Vietnam War. Worked in the oilfield industry for 28 years then retiring from UPS after another 24years. Kenneth was a lifelong member of the Chillicothe Church of Christ. He was an avid hunter and a teacher to many. Kenneth was a respected Marine with the biggest heart. He was loved by us all and we will forever miss him.

Survivors include his wife, Delores Bryant of Chillicothe, TX, 2 sons and 2 daughters, Brandon Bryant and wife Veronika of Vernon, TX, Stormy Smith and husband Shane of Chillicothe, TX, Cole Bryant of Chillicothe, TX, Darcy Moore and husband Jim Bob of Crowell, TX. 5 grandchildren Logan, Kinley, Riley, Joshua, and Sierra. 4 great grandchildren Pecos, Paxton, Jessie and Eleanor. 1 sister, Ann Richards of Mineola, TX along with many other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers them family request donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Foundation, St. Judes Children's Hospital, or to your local 4H and FFA organizations.
