Kimberley Yvette Nice, 63 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, in Vernon, Texas.

Graveside services will be held Friday, August 14, 2026, at 10:00 am at Eastview Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Kim was born Tuesday, March 19, 1963, in Altus, Oklahoma, to Yvonne Nice. She lived in several places including Salt Lake City, Utah, Fort Worth, Texas, Round Rock, Texas and Vernon, Texas. She married Bird Cleveland Robertson, III in 1999 at Fargo Methodist Church with Pastor Irl Holt officiating their wedding.

Kim had a great sense of humor and laugh. She was also a very good athlete. She loved to roller skate, which was a beautiful sight to see with her bright red hair streaming behind her. Kim was of Irish decent and believed that she was maybe even a little Cherokee. She was also very artistic and loved to share her beautiful vibrant images of the sea with whales and mermaids, scenes of the Southwest, and nature in general. Her talent of art was a gift from her God, whom she loved and trusted until the end. Kim loved her Lord and family, especially her beautiful grandchildren who called her “K-Ma”.

Kim is survived by her husband, Bird Cleveland Robertson, III, her mother, Yvonne Nice, her daughter, Krystal Rose Nice, her stepdaughter, Kenzie Robertson, her brothers, Danny Nice and Tim Nice, her sisters, Tami Wilkinson and Angel Upton & husband Mark. Kim also leaves behind two grandchildren, Lukas Oliver Nice and Leia Olivia Nice.
