Krystal Alexis Martinez 24, of Crowell, Texas peacefully passed away on Monday June 15, 2026, in Wichita Falls, Texas leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and light.

Funeral services will be held Friday June 26, 2026, at 10:00am at the Holy Family Catholic Church with Father Phil Petta officiating. Burial will follow at the Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Krystal was born March 30, 2002, in Altus Oklahoma, to Juan Lopez Martinez, Sr. and Christine Diaz Martinez. Krystal grew up in a vibrant family and graduated from Crowell Public Schools. Following her passion for creativity and styling, she attended cosmetology school at Vernon College. Krystal built a successful career in her field, starting as a barber at Sport Clips in Wichita Falls. Through her hard work, talent, and leadership, she rose to become the store manager, a role she proudly held for the last four years. Krystal's life was defined by her deep devotion to her family, faith, and friends. She shared an unbreakable, deeply special bond with her beloved nieces and nephews, who were the absolute joy of her life. Her love also extended to her two treasured "weenie dogs," Auggie and Scout, who brought her endless happiness. A lifelong member of the Holy Family Catholic Church, Krystal spent her youth serving her community as an altar server and an active participant in the youth group. Those who knew Krystal will always remember her infectious energy. She loved to dance and made it her personal mission to ensure that everyone around her was having a fantastic time. Recently, she discovered a new joy in fishing, embracing the peace of the outdoors. Krystal was a beautiful light in this world, and her love for her family and friends—including her very special friend, Perla—was far beyond what anyone could imagine.

Krystal leaves behind her parents, Juan Lopez Martinez, Sr. and Christine Diaz Martinez of Crowell, Texas, two brothers Juan Martinez, Jr. and Doralicia of Crowell, Texas, Cesar Martinez and wife Alicia of Newkirk, Oklahoma. Her nieces and nephews, Mykael, Caiden, Paisley, Tommy, Marcos, Jose, Yesenia, Issabella, and Hortencia.

Krystal is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Maria Diaz, her paternal grandparents Angel Martinez and Josephine Lopez, along with her two uncles Ricky Diaz and Felipe Diaz, and her favorite Aunt Irene Cruz.

Rosary will be held at 5:00pm on Thursday June 25, 2026, followed by visitation from 6-8pm at the Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel.

Her memory will be forever cherished by her devoted parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, her special friend Perla, and a wide circle of dear friends.
