Louise Kinsey, 75 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2023, in Wichita Falls, Texas.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Louise was born Monday, September 20, 1948, in Quanah, Texas. She was the daughter of the late Emy Leonard and the late Clara Logan Leonard. She married William Kinsey on April 6, 1973 in Crowell, Texas. She worked in accounting and with computers. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Quanah, Texas.

Louise is survived by her husband, William Kinsey of the home and one daughter, Tami Goodin of Wichita Falls, Texas. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
