Loy Wayne Knight age 58 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 in Vernon, Texas.

Anyone who knew our brother knew he was kind, big hearted, helpful and just an awesome all-around great man, He had a love for riding motorcycles  and his favorite time was family at the river. He always put other people first. This is a big loss for our family. It was Wayne's wishes that we not have a big thing after he passed so the family will gather at a later date to spread his ashes. Wayne said if anyone wanted to have a party or anything in his honor feel free to do so. Wayne was loved by so many and will be forever in our hearts and minds. R.I.H. to our wonderful brother who will be missed very much. We miss him already.

He leaves behind the love of his life Charity Knight, two beloved sons Joseph and Jacob, two beautiful daughters Dakota and Brooklyn, two of the best sisters ever Tammie Faye Hafer , brother-in-law Doug Hafer and Carrie Knight, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and so many others who were more like family to him than friends.

He was preceded in death by our wonderful parents Charles and Dorothy Knight, brother Virgil Knight, sister-in-law Tammie Knight, and our baby sister Angel June Knight along with our grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and many loved ones.
