Mary Katherine Baker, 74 of Oklaunion, Texas passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2026, in Oklaunion, Texas.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 11:00 am at Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Milner officiating.

Mary was born Monday, August 6, 1951, in Shreveport, Louisiana. She was the daughter of the late James Johnson and the late Bertie Mae Johnson. She worked at Walmart as a greeter. She loved to go fishing and camping. She enjoyed doing puzzles and arts and crafts.  Mary loved her dogs. She was a member of Word of Life Church.

Mary is survived by her husband, Ronnie Baker of the home, her daughter, Amanda Rutherford of Jourdanton, Texas, and her stepdaughter, Ashley Baker of Vernon, Texas. Mary also leaves behind five grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Mary is preceded in death by her brother, James Johnson, Jr.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 10:00 am until 10:45 am at Sullivan Funeral Home.
