Mike Nava isn't only a name that couldn't ever be forgotten, but Mike was also an amazing husband and best friend to me for 31 years. Mike also has a family that he loved very much but it didn't stop there. Mike had so many friends that's became like family to him. If you ever wanted to get his attention all you had to do is bring up fishing, but he had one rule when it came to fishing it had to be done with his daddy's boat. He'd say that's the only way to catch the big one. The other thing was his tractor, and he loved any chance he got to go get it dirty. Mike's heart was bigger than the world and I know there's not one person in this town, in one way or another, that's heart that didn't get touched by his kindness and hospitality.

The last 7 months of his life he developed a very close relationship with God and even got to see some of God's handy work for himself and Mike would tell how good it made him feel to actually see God's work in not only his life but those around him. My Clebobear, you will never be forgotten, and you will live on in every person's heart that is here. I know you are no longer in pain but smiling down on us from above and watching over us saying, "God's got this. I'm good to go home, and I will see y'all soon".
