Patsy Gayle Ward, 72 of Chillicothe, Texas passed away on December 18, 2024, in Altus, Oklahoma.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, December 26, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Chillicothe Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home with Rev. David Ochoa officiating.

Patsy Gayle Ward was born on October 18, 1952, to the late James and Lillian Barnes in Chillicothe, Texas. She married her high school sweetheart H.R. "Coke" Ward in 1970. They were married for fifty-four years. She loved God and was a powerful prayer warrior. She loved her family deeply. Her greatest joy was being a "Mimi" to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also loved her two little dogs, Nala and Noodles.

Patsy Gayle Ward is preceded in death by her parents, James and Lillian Barnes and her siblings, Gary Barnes and Donna Barnes.

Patsy Gayle Ward is survived by her husband, H.R. "Coke" Ward, children, Eddie Ward & his wife Cory, Jennifer Ross & her husband Billy, grandchildren, Riley, Abigail, Sidney, Molly, Wyatt, Lanie, Mackenzie, Ezra, Landon, and great grandchildren, Aurie, Elsie, Pablo Jr, and Juliana. Patsy Gayle Ward is also survived by her siblings, Terry Barnes, Rhonda Lambert, Laura Jones, Lisa Anto, Theresa Cordes and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 26, 2024, at Smith Chapel in Chillicothe, Texas from 1:00 pm until graveside services begin.
