Pedro "Pete" Rosalez, 81 of Vernon, Texas died on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, in Vernon, Texas.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 2:00 pm, at Second Baptist Church under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Ric Rosalez.

Pete was born Saturday, October 19, 1940 in Corpus Christi, Texas, he was the son of the late Dionicio Rosalez and the late Anacleta De La Rosa  Rosalez. He married Julie "Josie" Rodriguez on December 2, 1962 in Vernon, Texas. He was a licensed hair stylist and owner of Pete's Cut Hut. He was a member of the Westworth Village Baptist Temple in Westworth, Texas.

Pete is survived by his wife Julie "Josie" Josephine Rosalez of the home, his two sons, Ric Rosalez of Vernon, TX and Pete Rosalez of Apache, OK, brother, Maurice Rosalez of Vernon, TX, sister, Rachel Carter of Vernon, TX; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.
