Peggy Ann Haynes, 67 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, in Vernon, Texas.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Peggy was born Wednesday, October 8, 1958, in Chillicothe Texas to the late Curtis Bivins and the late Myrtle Pearl Lovell Bivins. Peggy married Ralph Haynes. Ralph passed away in 2020. Peggy was a homemaker.

Peggy is survived by three brothers, Ricky Bivins of Quanah, TX, Sammy Bivins of Crowell, TX and Johnny Bivins of Dalhart, TX. Along with numerous nieces and nephews.
