Ralph was born on February 4, 1954, in Stuttgart, Germany. He married Alberta Jane Braddock on March 20, 1976, in Elliott, Texas. A man of deep faith and strong character, he lived a life dedicated to serving others and helping those in need whenever he could.

His faith was central to his life. As a devoted member of the First Presbyterian Church in Vernon, Ralph remained actively involved in his church on various committees and as a Deacon. Ralph was a member of the Civil Air Patrol, Police Explorers, the American Legion, and many other community events throughout the years.

Peña; and his cherished grandchildren Carli, Lilli, and Kai, and Hunter, Danielle, Emma, Matthew, and Gabriel. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, his sister Mary Cardwell, and many nieces and nephews.

Ralph will be remembered for his steady faith, his quiet strength, and his lifelong dedication to serving others. His legacy lives on in the many lives he touched through his service, his kindness, and his unwavering commitment to doing what was right. Ralph undoubtedly left this world better than he found it.
