Richard Cecil Roberts, 60 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, in Vernon, Texas.

Graveside services will be held Friday October 7, 2022 at 10:00am at Wilbarger Memorial Park with Rev. Toby Castleberry officiating under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Richard was born Sunday, December 31, 1961 in Olney, Texas to the late Richard M. Roberts and the late Peggy Hicks Roberts. Richard married Patricia Harp in 2003 in Vernon, Texas. Patricia passed away on December 8, 2011. Richard had been a resident of Vernon since 1988.
