Robert Fred Halencak, 71 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Friday, July 11, 2025, in Vernon, Texas.

Memorial services will be July 15, 2025, at 10:00 am at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Toby Castleberry officiating.

Robert was born Thursday, January 21, 1954, in Vernon, Texas. He was the son of the late Albert Halencak and the late Bessie Wilkerson Halencak. He married Cheryl Elaine Rushing Willis in September of 1988 in Vernon, Texas.

Robert is survived by Cheryl Willis of the home, his daughter Crystal Edwards & husband Mike of Vernon, Texas, his son, Mikel Halencak & wife Denise of Oceanside, California, his daughter, Halee Halencak of Saucier, Mississippi, his sister, Sandra Cook & husband Kevin of Odell, Texas, and his brother, David Halencak & wife Mary of Franklin, Kentucky. Robert also leaves behind his grandchildren, Conner Halencak and Everett Halencak of Oceanside, California.
