Russell Louis Cook, 92 of Odell, Texas passed away December 17, 2024, in Graham, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at Sullivan Funeral Home in Vernon, Texas with Rev. Jim Riley from Lone Wolf, Oklahoma First Baptist Church and speaker, David Cowan on December 21, 2024, at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at Fairlawn Cemetery in Snyder, Oklahoma.

Russell Louis Cook was born July 28, 1932, to Lonzo Russell Cook and Maybelle Dickinson Cook in Mountain Park, Oklahoma. He graduated in Mountain Park and went to Panhandle A&M. He married Leona Faye Kingsley on May 26, 1952, in Mountain Park and were married seventy-two years. He retired from Gibson Discount Center and was a co-owner of Family Medical Equipment Company. He was a veteran of the Korea Police Action "war". He was involved with Lions Club and a deacon for the Odell Baptist Church and Granite, Oklahoma First Baptist Church.

Russell Louis Cook is proceeded in death by parents, Lonzo Russell Cook and Maybelle Dickerson, siblings, Clem Edward, Allen Andrew, Lillie Belle, Wyman Troy, Darl Richard and twins (Deloris and Dewayne).

Russell Louis Cook is survived by his wife, Leona Faye, children, Kevin Dion and wife Sandra, Cathy Renee Talbot and husband Tracy, Jennifer Deanna, grandchildren, Melody Ann, Jason Seth, Whitney Nichole, Jennifer Paige and Savanna Cheyenne. Great grandchildren, Misty, Guage, Katie, Caleb, Lee Michael, Linda Reyna and Tinslee Rae, siblings, Forest Greene Cook and Eva Marie Cook.

Memorials may be given to Hospice of Graham, Texas or Graham Oaks Care Center.
