Scott Inglish, 52 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 10:00 am at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Antwine and Mr. Joe Dale Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Scott was born Wednesday, March 22, 1972, in Wichita Falls, Texas. He was the son of the late Riley Bailey "R.B." Inglish and the late Mary Joyce Inglish. He married Nanette Duncan on November 3, 2023 in Childress, Texas. Scott worked from 1992 to 2001 for Elda Petty. He became a Wilbarger County Employee in 2001 working as the airport manager. Scott was the Wilbarger County Commissioner for Precinct three. He was also a rancher, farmer, and a cowboy. He was a member of Central Christian Church.

Scott is survived by his wife, Nanette Inglish of the home; one son, Hunter Duncan of Vernon, Texas; one daughter, Saydee Duncan of Vernon, Texas, and two brothers, Rick Inglish & wife Lupe of Vernon, Texas, and Greg Inglish & wife Cindy of Vernon, Texas. Scott also leaves behind one niece, Balie White & husband Bob of Princeton, Texas, and two nephews, Rog Rodriquez & wife Jennifer of Vernon, Texas, and Miguel Rodriquez & wife Randi of Vernon, Texas.

Scott is preceded in death by his parents, R.B. & Joyce Inglish, and his daughter, Odessa Inglish.

Visitation will be Monday, July 15, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.

Memorials can be made to Central Christian Church or Wilbarger County 4-H.
