Simone Marie Therasa McIntyre, 77 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2023, in Vernon, Texas.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 10:00 am at Eastview Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home with Dr. Derrell Monday officiating.

Simone was born Friday, May 18, 1945 in France.  She married Clifton McIntyre in 1965 in France.  Clifton passed away on October 3, 2022. She came to the United Stated in the mid 1960's from France.  Simone worked at the Chillicothe Hospital in Chillicothe, Texas as a CNA and a Surgery Tech for Dr. Fisher.

Simone is survived by son, Gary "Butchy" McIntyre & wife Sherry of Chillicothe, Texas; daughters, Marie Reinhardt of Vernon, Texas and Cassandra Vargo of Vernon, Texas; seven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.

Memorials can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
