Sterling Roddy Clark, Jr., 75 of Chillicothe, Texas passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, in Chillicothe, Texas.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. 

Roddy was born Wednesday, June 14, 1950, in Chillicothe, Texas. He was the son of the late Sterling Roddy Clark, Sr. and the late Gwen Sills Clark. He was strong willed and loved playing golf and going fishing. He coached high school football, basketball, and track in Littlefield, Texas and Spur, Texas. Roddy is survived by his daughter, Brandy Mettes & husband Rob and his son, James Clark. Roddy also leaves behind his grandchildren, Teagan and Tate.

Roddy is preceded in death by his wife, Stephanie Clark, his parents, Sterling & Gwen Clark, and his sister, Barbara Gillian.
