Sulema "Sue" Garcia, 71 of Vernon Texas, passed away on Friday February 14, 2025, in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Visitation will be held Tuesday February 18, 2025 from 6-8pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.

Sue was born April 24, 1953, in Eden, Texas to the late Santiago Garcia and the late Francisca Lara Garcia. Sue had worked at the Hillcrest County Club as a cook and she also had worked at the Herring Bank. Sue truly loved all her nieces and nephews. Sue was a catholic.

Sue is survived by two brothers, Jimmy Garcia and Danny Garcia, three sisters Elena Marquez, Mary Jane Garcia and Sylvia Eason. Sue also leaves behind her nephews Billy Garcia, Michael Baker and Paul Baker. Sue leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles on both the Garcia family side and the Lara family side.

Sue is preceded in death by one brother David Garcia.
