Sylvia Nell Thomas, 79 of Vernon, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 10:00 am at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Joe Dale Wilson and Mr. Randy Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Sylvia was born Saturday, February 10, 1945, in Vernon, Texas. She was the daughter of the late Charles Thomas and the late Nelda Hall Thomas. Sylvia loved Jesus, and enjoyed the people at Advanced Rehab. She loved music, especially American Bandstand, and she also enjoyed collecting 45 vinyl records. She was a member of Fargo Methodist Church.

Sylvia is survived by four brothers, Randy Thomas & wife Brenda of Fargo, Texas, Greg Thomas & wife Wilhelmina of Fargo, Texas, Scotty Thomas & wife Donna of Fargo, Texas, and Gordon Thomas of Jasper, Texas. Sylvia also leaves behind three nieces, three nephews, three great nieces, and two great nephews.

Sylvia is preceded in death by her parents, Charles & Nelda Thomas.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 10, 2024, at Sullivan Funeral Home from 9:00 am until funeral services begin.

Memorials can be made to Fargo Methodist Church.
